Physical Products
Physical books may be shipped to selected destinations. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once the product is handed to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss transfers to the buyer. Ownership of physical items transfers upon full payment.

3. Intellectual Property

Purchasing a book grants you a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all digital sales are generally final. Refunds may only be granted in cases of technical access failure reported within the stated support period or where required by consumer protection laws.

Physical Products
Unopened and unused physical books may be returned within the specified return window after delivery. Customers must contact us before sending any returns for instructions.

Return shipping costs are normally the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

If you receive a damaged or defective book, contact us with supporting details such as photographs within the designated reporting period.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
